■ Purpose of the symposium
The times are at a major turning point. History has shown new wisdom before it has challenged people from repeated plagues and wars. What we learn from past experiences and knowledge, what we who live in the present should know now, and what we need most to entrust our future to the next generation is "education".
It is now required that anyone can access this "education" place anytime, anywhere in the familiar area, workplace, and home in the 100 years of life. At this symposium, I would like to announce how to put into practice a new next-generation "education for working adults" and to send out this new attempt from the area of Kanagawa Prefecture.
In addition, I would like to work with the participants to discuss how to utilize this new educational organization and discuss the content of education (curriculum).
We look forward to the participation of all those who are interested in "education for working adults", such as those related to education, local governments / companies and the general public.
■ What is the Regional Academia Research and Practice Organization?
The new adult education organization is called the "Regional Academia Practice Organization".
This organization is planned to be established as a non-profit general incorporated association. Citizen lectures offered by this corporation are different from public lectures and qualification acquisition lectures that have been held at many universities, etc., and are working to provide a variety of learning opportunities in collaboration with local governments and companies. increase.
As a general rule, all courses are delivered online, so we will create a system that allows students to take courses anytime, anywhere, without being restricted by time and place. The content of the course is carefully selected to solve regional issues and stimulate intellectual curiosity, and university researchers, practitioners, and experts from Japan and overseas will give lectures in an easy-to-understand manner.
In the 4th year of Reiwa, we will consider launching the "Kanagawa Future Creation Course" as the first civic course in collaboration with local governments in Kanagawa Prefecture. For details, please see the business details on this website.
